Peek
Peek opens a link in a panel over the current page, so you can read it and get back without losing your place.
- Shift-click a link to open it in Peek (Settings ▸ Links ▸ Shift-click a link to open it in Peek).
- Links to other sites from a Favorite or a pinned tab can open in Peek too (Settings ▸ Links ▸ Open links to other sites in Peek).
In Peek, the buttons on the right close it, turn it into a tab, or open it in Split View. Esc or a click on the dimmed page closes it.
Little Arc
Little Arc is a small, simple window for quick lookups.
- ⌥⌘N opens a new Little Arc window. With Settings ▸ Links ▸ Press ⌥⌘N in any app to open Little Arc, the same key works while you are in another app.
- ⌥⌘-click a link to open it in Little Arc (Settings ▸ Links).
- ⌘O moves the page into a Space of your choice, as a regular tab.
Idle Little Arc windows close by themselves after Settings ▸ Links ▸ Archive Little Arcs after (6 hours by default), and their pages go to the archive.
Links from other apps
When Open Arc is your default browser, links you click in Mail, Slack or any other app open in Open Arc.
- Open links from other apps in Little Arc (Settings ▸ Links) opens them in a Little Arc window instead of a tab.
- Air Traffic Control (Settings ▸ Links ▸ Air Traffic Control…) sends links from chosen sites to a chosen Space, for example everything from your company's domain to your Work Space.
