The Library, Easels and Capture

Find downloads, screenshots and archived tabs in one place, and collect ideas on an Easel.

The Library

Press ⇧⌘L (View Library). The Library takes over the window; the arrow at the bottom left brings you back.

  • Media: screenshots, images and videos from your Mac. They never leave your computer.
  • Downloads: everything you downloaded, with a search and a filter by Profile. Right-click a download to open it, show it in Finder, copy its link or remove it from the list.
  • Easels: your Easels.
  • Spaces: every Space as a column. Drag to reorder them.
  • Archived Tabs: see Today and the archive.

Easels

An Easel is a canvas for screenshots, images, text and notes.

  • ⌃⇧E creates a new Easel, or use + in the sidebar.
  • Add captures, paste images and type text anywhere on the canvas.
  • Easels live in the sidebar like tabs and are listed in the Library.

Capture

⇧⌘2 (Capture…) captures part of the page; right-click a page for Capture Full Page. Copy the capture or save it as a file, and paste it onto an Easel if you like.
